The Alaska Native Heritage Center is a centerpiece of native life in Anchorage.  We learned about Eskimos, Indians, and Aleuts, watched traditional dance, listened to storytelling, met carvers, and toured authentic dwellings.
 
These Pictures Depict Various Events Eskimo Contestants Enter
 in Their Competition Which Is Similar To The Olympic Games.
Moving Long Distances Using Only Your Hands And Toes
 in This Position Without Touching The Floor With Any Other Parts

We Saw Several Native Dances!


We Then Toured Authentic Dwellings and Saw Carvings








 
That Evening We Had A Staff Dinner.
